NEIS Award Finalist!
As a young startup we’ve always had big dreams and unwavering energy to keep growing VIVRA! The love and passion we have for our baby startup is immense and fellow startup founders will understand what we mean. When you pour your soul into something that you know is so much bigger than yourself, and you know the journey that you’re on is testing you to your limits, it has to be the most insane feeling in the world! VIVRA initially started out as a solution to our problem of wanting to be hands-free and bounce-free - basically, the evolution of the good old bum bag! The traditional bum bag’s waist belt is definitely not comfortable and not a one size fits all scenario either! We’ve been working on our baby for close to two years together now and it’s tested us through some challenging waters as most budding entrepreneurs can imagine!
So when we were recently named as a FINALIST in the 2018 NEIS Awards in the Best New Business category we were beyond thrilled! It’s so amazing to have your hard work and your vision be recognised by industry leaders. We’re in good company too, being nominated alongside three other amazing Aussie entrepreneurs - it really doesn’t get much better than that! Australian startups are really flourishing and we’re so proud to be part of the movement. We’re going to take on the world (one day at a time of course!), along with so many other innovative Aussie brands out there!
Unfortunately we didn’t take home the title of 2018 NEIS Best New Business, but Waxiwraps did and they very much deserved it! Congrats!
We’re just enjoying the ride, and continuing to build VIVRA to be the best belt-less bumbag so you can enjoy being hands-free and bounce-free no matter what you’re doing! Thank you to NEIS for the nomination - to receive recognition for what we’re doing is such a wonderful honour and we will keep going onwards and upwards!
